Main Job Duties:
•Collaborate with managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Formulate policies and set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Contribute to corporate strategy in the areas of customer service, purchase, sales and production to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
• Direct and oversee managers, supervisors and operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
•Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
•Analize current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
•Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
•Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position
