· Set goals for the company and make policies
· Set up significant departments and assign tasks to senior staff
· Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
· Organize human and financial resources for organizational policies and programs; setup financial, administrative, marketing and HR functions.
· Recruit middle managers, directors, and executives.
· Organize work schedules within departments.
· Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
