OPERATIONS MANAGER Job

Manages and directs overall business and sales operations and coordinates work assignments between subordinate staffs in order to ensure that each employee should maintain his or her own task and duties at the most optimal status in all time. Leads development and review of financial budget plans and financial documents and provides timely information to identify resource requirements for the target group. Develops and executes strategic marketing plans for the company business, which will include the fiscal budget, HR plan, project schedules, specific assignments, and operational policy for business management. Maintains and monitors existing business relationships with partners and customers; thus, cultivates and develops new ones, including suppliers and related individuals. Reviews applicant’s resumes and interviews and hires personnel.

MASTER OF ENGINEERING. ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. BACHELOR IN ENGINEERING PLUS 5 YEAR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE IN LIEU OF MASTER OF ENGINEERING.
