Operations Manager Job

Operations Manager leads daily store operations while delivering an exceptional customer and colleague experience. This role supports the Store Manager by driving business results, developing colleagues, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and coach colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
•Manage daily workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet business needs.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. •Monitor performance metrics and create action plans to improve results.
•Support inventory, merchandising, loyalty, and promotional execution.
•Resolve customer and colleague concerns professionally.
•Partner with the Store Manager to build an engaged, high-performing team.
