Operations Manager Job

Operations Manager is needed to perform the following duties :

• Oversee day to day operations of all Burrito Bowl Mexican Grill locations
• Develop & Implement SOP Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure Regulatory and Brand Compliance – (DOH, Burrito Bowl Standards and procedures)
• HR functions – Hiring, Interviews
• Lead, develop and motivate a diverse team
• Training team members on operation standard
• Ensure Superior Guest Service and Satisfaction
• Cash Management – Reconcile cash drawers
• Inventory – ordering and approving
• Monitor Revenue and create Key Performance Indicators

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Operations Management or Business Management or Hospitality Management
