Operations Manager Job

An Operations Manager is needed in Midway, Georgia.

• Plan and oversee daily operations related to the manufacturing of automobile suspension and drivetrain components, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
• Manage general operations, including maintenance, production support scheduling, and logistics coordination, by regularly evaluating the overall management process.
• Direct administrative functions within the production management team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term objectives, goals, policies, and standards for production support management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Actively participate in managerial meetings to discuss potential challenges related to production support activities and coordinate the implementation of corporate and departmental objectives.
• Review and approve budget proposals from various teams, allocating funds efficiently to support production operations and departmental needs.
• Monitor and assess the performance of vendors providing production support, ensuring that production schedules are maintained within the allocated resources.
• Facilitate communication with parent and affiliated companies to coordinate production support management and address manufacturing and related operational issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
