Job Description:
Operations Management:
Evaluate and oversee the operations of the department responsible for providing administrative services.
Manage and direct daily operations across various administrative functions, including records management, security, finance,purchasing, and human resources.
Budget Management:
Assist in preparing annual and operating budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring productivity and performance meet organizational standards.
Provide guidance and advice to staff on administrative procedures and policies.
Strategic Planning:
Conduct research and collect financial and investment information on companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments to supportdecision-making processes.
Develop and implement administrative policies and strategies to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
Client and Project Support:
Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that administrative services support overall organizational goals.
Assist in project planning and management, including providing administrative and financial support to client projects.

Job Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and operational managementcapabilities.
Supervision: Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of 3-4 individuals, providing clear guidance and support.
