Operations Manager Job

Medaccess Transportation LLC is seeking a Operations Manager in Jacksonville, NC to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company. Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures and ensure compliance with transport regulations to provide quality care. Oversee the dispatch, maintenance and service of the company's vehicles, and enforce completion of daily vehicle pre‐trip and post trip inspections. Control the company budget, including acquisitions. Monitor company's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies. Participate in the planning, development and implementation of organizational operational and strategic goals. Investigate and resolve incoming customer service inquiries 

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related with 6 months experience in Business managemnt or related
