Operations Manager Job

An Operations Manager is needed in Jackson, Georgia.

• Plan and direct daily operations for manufacturing of automotive parts such as seat cover, sun visor, door accessories, and luggage trim.
• Oversee general operations of materials and inventory management, logistics, and quality management process by evaluating overall management process.
• Direct administrative activities of the materials, logistics, and quality management and perform personnel management functions such as hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Establish short-term and long-term objectives, goals, policies, and standards and oversee implementation.
• Participate in managerial meetings to communicate potential issues and coordinate implementation of overall corporate/departmental objectives and policies within the department.
• Review and approve budget proposal for each team and allocate the funds accordingly.
• Oversee performance of suppliers or vendors in providing materials or services to ensure timely operations within the budget.
• Oversee communication with parent and affiliated companies to coordinate materials, logistics, and quality management for manufacturing and other related issues.

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of managerial experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
