Operations Manager Job

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the accounting and financial consulting departments to ensure efficient workflow. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and services are delivered with high quality and accuracy. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to team members. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Travel to various unanticipated client's worksites. May work remotely from home.
