Operations Manager (Haines City, FL) Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and store performance to ensure efficient business operations. Analyze operational data and sales trends, and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency and cost control. Supervise staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with vendors to support overall business operations and service standards.
