Duties:
• Ensuring the MDAM management team follows the objective of obtaining and interviewing Python Aider-Chat human operator resources from the Mexico City market
• Integrating the Python Aider-Chat team output into portfolio company operations
• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
• Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel
• Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
• Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

Requirements:
• A college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, psychology, industrial relations, commerce or personnel administration is required
• 2+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration may be required
• Experience working in recruitment related to the Mexican market required
• Must demonstrate the ability to use Python Aider-Chat to build a small sample website
• Must demonstrate the ability to interview and test new hire candidates from Mexico, such that the new Mexican candidates can demonstrate creating full-stack applications in Python Aider-Chat
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Spanish writing and speaking skills is required
• Operational French speaking is an asset
