Job Description:
Construction cleaning is an integral part of both residential and commercial construction projects. At Project Remedy, our work plays a critical role in maintaining project quality, protecting finished materials, supporting other trades, and ensuring the successful completion and handover of the home or building.

At this time, Project Remedy Inc. is looking for a skilled and qualified Operations Manager specializing in Construction, responsible for overseeing a cleaning crew in order to bridges the gap between raw construction completion and final client handover. They ensure the site transitions from a hazardous work zone to a spotless, move-in-ready property. Applicants are required to aligns cleaning phases with construction milestones, assigns labor, specialized heavy machinery, and chemical supplies based on square footage, syncs cleaning timetables with inspectors, painters, and flooring installers to prevent rework and monitors daily progress against the master construction schedule to prevent handover delays. Candidates must be possess excellent leadership skills, problem solving skills, organization, safety awareness, attention to detail and maintaining clear decision-making capacities in high-stakes environments with moving deadlines.

Responsibilities/ Tasks
Coordinate subcontractors activities
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Select trade subcontractors
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
Plan and manage budgets
Develop and implement quality control programs
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Prepare reports

Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word, Tablet computer

Additional information
