Job Description:
American Friends of International China Concern Limited seeks a Operations Manager.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of AFICC, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement operational processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and partner organizations.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and fund allocation in collaboration with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work with external auditors and accountants to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support fundraising initiatives, donor management, and stewardship programs.
• Maintain donor databases, process donations, and generate reports.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
• Support marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness of AFICC’s mission and initiatives.
• Assist in the development of newsletters, social media content, and donor outreach materials.
• Coordinate with ICC’s global network to align messaging and strategy
Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.
Salary: $59030 per annum.

Job Requirements:
Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations Management or equivalent degree with Candidate must have 2-years professional experience in:
• Financial reporting and budget management.
• Donor management software proficiency.
vCRM and database management.
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Project management tools and methodologies.
Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 2 years of experience in the position Operations Manager, Finance Manager or related.
