Job Description:
An Operations Manager is needed in Auburn, Alabama.
Manage general business operations for manufacturing of automotive parts, such as EVA pipes, intercooler pipes, hose pipe assemblies, fuel, fluid pipes, coolant pipes, manifold and fluid pipes, and oil strainers. Oversee quality control, sales, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency in business operations. Review financial statements and business activity reports to ensure proper allocation of budget, staffing, equipment, and materials in achieving objectives and goals. Review and approve sales strategies to ensure continued relationship with current clients as well as to identify potential customers to maximize sales profits. Coordinate with other departments to direct customer services activities regarding sales or quality control to assure equitable and courteous resolutions. Conduct regulatory meetings with department managers to discuss various issues and personnel management status of business operations. Study and maintain current knowledge on state and federal labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action guidelines.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of managerial experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
