Operations Manager Job

An Operations Manager is needed in Alexander City, Alabama.

• Direct general operations of the company manufacturing automotive parts, such as EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) coolers, tubes, oil coolers, and ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) warmers.
• Develop and implement long-term business goals and objectives for of automotive parts manufacturing operations.
• Review financial statements and business activity reports to ensure proper allocation of budget, staffing, equipment, and materials in achieving objectives and goals.
• Coordinate with sales and quality department to review and approve sales strategies to ensure continued relationship with current clients as well as to identify potential customers to maximize sales profits.
• Review achievement performance reports and make final decisions on personnel activities including hiring, promotion, relocation, and termination of employees, and direct development and implementation of various levels of training programs for employees.
• Conduct regulatory meetings with department managers to discuss current status of business operations.

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of managerial experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
