Operations Management Senior Consultant Job

- Assess existing business processes across procurement, processing, warehousing, inventory, logistics, sales, branded products, and management functions to identify operational inefficiencies and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies, process improvement initiatives, operating models, and a multi-year digital transformation roadmap.
- Define business requirements for ERP, inventory management, CRM, supply-chain, reporting, and other enterprise digital systems.
- Coordinate the integration and standardization of supplier, product, inventory, customer, logistics, sales, and operational data across business functions.
- Support the development of inventory and cold-chain intelligence capabilities, including improved visibility of stock levels, storage conditions, product movement, losses, and operational performance.
- Design and improve digital processes for international logistics visibility, including shipment status, route performance, transportation costs, delivery timelines, and coordination between warehouse, sales, and logistics functions.
- Develop business requirements and digital workflows to improve product traceability across sourcing, receiving, processing, storage, packaging, shipment, and customer delivery stages.
- Work with operational and quality teams to improve the consistency and availability of product, batch, handling, and quality-related information within company systems.
- Develop performance indicators, management reporting frameworks, and business intelligence dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate opportunities to use advanced analytics, workflow automation, and AI-assisted decision-support tools for demand forecasting, inventory planning, market trend analysis, logistics performance, customer analysis, and operational risk monitoring.
- Assess and improve digital business processes supporting the SEACOO branded-products business, including customer data management, CRM, distributor information, sales reporting, product demand analysis, and integration with broader company systems.
- Coordinate with management, employees, and external technology providers during system selection, implementation, testing, process redesign, staff training.
