Solodko Ukrainian Bakery Inc. operating as Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is seeking a passionate and skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. With multiple locations including New Westminster, East Vancouver, and Gastown, we pride ourselves on delivering authentic Ukrainian cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
Duties:
- Lead, coordinate and oversee operations across all restaurant locations and teams including catering services.
- Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and achieve operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Establish strategic objectives and develop policies to enhance business performance.
- Represent the restaurant in negotiations and maintain positive business relationships.
- Recruit and manage middle managers and executive staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Innovate and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Several years of prior experience in food service operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a middle manager.
- High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
