The Operations Excellence Intern will be a part of the Operations Excellence team working across various business functions to help improve processes across the Bank.

What you'll do

- Support the coordination of AgFirst's Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operations Excellence Program
- Setup, support and/or lead meetings with various stakeholders at the Bank
- Assist management with data collection and analytics
- Track the phases of the various projects and report on those status' through management dashboards
- Develop management dashboards to track the various metrics of the LSS Operations Excellence Program
- Maintain LSS SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions

What you'll need
- Enrolled in a undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance
- Students who have gone through LSS training and completed a LSS project is preferred
