Operations / Engineering Supervisor Job

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality-related issues and continuously improve processes.
Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and inventory levels.
Oversee general supply inventories to make sure enough is on hand for daily operations.

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Engineering
1+ years in a Process, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering role.
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment…Steel, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, etc.
Possess an interest in going into Operations Management as a career.
