Operations Cost Estimation Specialist Job

An Operations Cost Estimation Specialist is needed in Opelika, Alabama.

• Prepare and document operations cost and expenditure estimates for manufacturing automo-tive parts, such as console, steering wheel, wheel cover, and hup cap.
• Analyze and keep record of overall cost data for manufacturing process including develop-ment, purchasing, manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, distribution expenses and administrative costs.
• Understand engineering principles and cost management to ensure effective management of business’ financials.
• Monitor cost spending and inventory levels to identify and reduce cost discrepancies in op-erations.
• Prepare cost reports to assist senior managers of each department in coordinating their budg-et as well as to help human resources planning in determining needs of additional labors or hiring staffing companies.
• Coordinate and monitor estimation of overall business operations cost by closely working with other departments to maintain cost efficiency in business operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
