Job Duties
Analyzing internal operations workflows across R&I, PDR, Estimating, and Front Desk to identify delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved efficiency. Leveraging data from JobNimbus and QuickBooks to assess cycle times, technician productivity, and customer turnaround. Developing dashboards and reporting models to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue per repair, average repair time, parts usage, and labor ratios. Preparing weekly insights for the executive team and department heads. Forecast staffing and resource needs based on seasonal hail patterns and market demand. Analyzing profitability by tech/team/location and supporting hiring strategies with predictive data models. Monitoring commission structures and revenue allocation across sales reps and tech teams. Identifying discrepancies or underperformance and suggest data-driven changes to compensation models. Liaising between operations, finance, and service departments to ensure smooth cross-functional execution. Documenting SOP changes and training team leads on revised workflows or reporting protocols. Minimum requirements
Education: Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Experience: 6 months’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
