Operations Assistant – Remote Job

WalletFunnel is a technology company focused on analytics and attribution for digital and blockchain-based businesses.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations, team coordination, communication, and administrative processes.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and internal workflows
- Maintain documents, reports, records, and task trackers
- Assist with communication with candidates, partners, vendors, and team members
- Support onboarding and internal coordination
- Help organize priorities, deadlines, and recurring tasks
- Conduct online research and prepare structured information
- Assist with process documentation and operational improvements
- Work across teams to keep projects and tasks moving forward

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Previous experience in administration, operations, project coordination, executive assistance, customer support, or a similar role

Preferred:
- Experience with technology, SaaS, fintech, digital products, or online businesses
- Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, reporting, or process documentation
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and systems
