Job Description:
- Oversee global sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials. Develop and apply quantitative models and analytical methods to optimize global sourcing strategies and minimize risks in the supply chain.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with factories to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts and build plans in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
- Optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of products, reducing lead times and costs.
- Utilize Oracle systems to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and using insights to inform strategic decision-making. Support the implementation and integration of new system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and develop marketing materials, such as flyers, website etc., to support sales initiatives.
- Manage Global Trade Item Numbers (GTIN) and Universal Product Codes (UPC) for products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management across all systems and platforms.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Operation Management; or related field of study.
- Two years of experience in solving operational problems in the sales and distribution process; collaborating and coordinating logistics, and Finance for operation maintenance.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, Strategic Management Accounting, Business Process Management, Marketing Methods and Financial Management.
