Job Summary: As a Operations Analyst (Google Workspace), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize operational workflows leveraging Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to identify process improvements and enhance collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Provide detailed feedback and structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring high-quality data and real-world relevance.
Document procedures and best practices, maintaining clear and concise communication across all operational initiatives.
Conduct audits of data and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.
Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative, distributed team.
