Operations Analyst Job

Operations Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:

• Responsible for analyzing and overseeing end to end operational workflows for switchgear projects ranging from $100K-$2M+, from scope review to fulfillment.
• Managing project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring the project is on track to ensure timely completion.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving data infrastructure to monitor operational performances across projects and departments. The position involves managing ERP and CRM data and updating Business Intelligence dashboards to reflect current operational and financial activity.
• Responsible for conducting cost and margin analysis based on each project buy.
• Identifying cost variances and preparing forecasted cost reports.
• Negotiating project buy outs with vendors and resolving any operational issues that arise.

Bachelor Degree is required in Supply Chain or Business Analytics
