Operation Manager Job

We (McMaster Group Holdings Inc dba Baskin-Robbins) are running ice-cream franchise business across various locations in lower mainland in BC. We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
• To oversee overall operations of the business including develop marketing strategies to get the word out about company to expand client base for all locations, maintain brand integrity, design and deploy appropriate marketing plans to promote company,
• Establish company’s objective and formulate policies and implement,
• Participate in board meetings to allocate human and financial resources to implement policies,
• Select managers and other team members,
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects.
• Prepare reports and briefs for management evaluating various department services.
• Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.
Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Language required is English.
Experience: 2 years or more of experience in a food industry at supervisory/management level is required.
What we offer
Salary: $54.50/hr will be given.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location: 4820 Kingsway Unit M101, Burnaby, BC V5H 4P1. Have to visit other locations.
