As Operation and Marketing vice-president, the candidate needs to be responsible:

6. Act as a representative of the organization or delegate representatives to negotiate and
participate in official functions, strengthening the organization's external relations.
7. Apply strong analytical skills in user analysis and consumer psychology to inform
decision making processes and enhance business strategies.
8. Bring rich cross-cultural work experience to the table, contributing to a diverse and
inclusive organizational culture.
9. Leverage psychology expertise and candidacy for a psychoanalyst role to enhance
interpersonal dynamics within the organization.
10. Demonstrate hands-on execution capabilities to overcome challenges in various roles,
including marketing, platform development, business operations, and human resource
management.
