Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Identify and evaluate property listings across Europe (Rightmove, Idealista, ImmobilienScout24, etc.) using advanced search criteria.
Deal Analysis: Assess property valuations, rental yields, and growth potential using market data and trends.
Data Reporting: Prepare structured reports with investment insights, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and comparative market analysis.
Professional Communication: Liaise with estate agents, developers, and private sellers to verify details, request documentation, and negotiate terms.
Database Management: Maintain an organised database of potential deals, tracking key metrics for client review.
