Online Property Listing/Publishing Manager Job

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Online Property Listing/Publishing Manager to oversee the management, publishing, and updating of property listings across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate listings, digital content management, and data accuracy management to maximize property visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.

Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of property listings across multiple online portals and company websites.
Ensure all property listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with platform standards, including descriptions, prices, photos, and key features.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to gather updated property information, photos, and virtual tours.
Optimize listings for search visibility, including keyword usage and appealing descriptions.
Monitor listing performance, traffic, and inquiries, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in online property marketing and listing platforms.
