Job Description:
[1] Research and analyze target customers’ purchasing habits and preferences in online market, and develop strategies to maximize customer interface of online storefront, using web programming or e-commerce software;
[2] review and analyze previous on-line marketing policies in order to initiate new on-line and social media marketing strategies to increase number of loyal customers and retaining existing customers;
[3] conduct quantitative and qualitative market research projects for concept development & screening, marketing, in order to generate, focus, create and implement appropriate strategies and response about our products, such as, Asian specialty food products and kitchen equipment;
[4] design and implement innovative marketing strategies such as Consumer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) projects to develop concrete recommendation that optimize satisfaction and loyalty on different channel customers;
[5] provide analysis and information for the Asian specialty food products industry to a senior management by collecting data and compiling information from new and existing customers; and
[6] monitor current marketing performance and study marketing strategies to determine their effectiveness and make recommendations to improve current marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
