Duties:
• Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing them with excellent customer service
• Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce various winning bets as well as card shuffling
• Perform Floor Supervisor responsibility on a rotating basis
• Quick and accurate handling of cards and other gaming equipment
• Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity of the games
• Assist players with the rules of game and effectively answer any questions related to winnings, or other concerns
• Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner
• Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Determine winners or announce winning numbers
• Calculate and pay out winning bets and jackpots, collect losing bets and maintain related reports
• Explain rules of games to patrons and ensure that rules are followed
