Job Description:
Intuitive Technology Partners Canada Inc. is looking for One (1) Global Portfolio Leader – Heavy Industries to perform the following duties:
• Establish portfolio governance frameworks, escalation models, and operating rhythms to ensure enterprise grade delivery assurance
• Drive growth initiatives in partnership with sales leadership, shaping account strategy, SOWs, delivery models, and long term client expansion
• Oversee financial governance, including portfolio forecasting, cost controls, margin management, and commercial execution
• Determine and advise executive leadership on business roadmap decisions, risk exposure, funding models, and organizational scaling
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Lead portfolio level strategic planning, investment prioritization, and capacity planning to support revenue growth, margin optimization, and market expansion for execution across multi country operations
• Oversee the team of program managers, project managers, and cross functional delivery teams, establishing objectives, performance standards, and governance controls
• Implement Heavy Industries portfolio, with full accountability for strategy, financial performance, governance, and delivery outcomes across a Multi-Million Dollar (USD) portfolio
• Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
• Develop methods for providing large scale services effectively
• Apply creative thinking/approach to determine technical solutions that further business goals and align with corporate technology strategies, keeping in mind security, performance, reliability, scalability, usability, flexibility, and cost
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for development and operations
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures; establish and recommend policies and standards
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $96.15 per hour
• Permanent, Full Time / 40 Hours per week
• Start Date: Immediately

Skills Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education:
o High School or equivalent experience; A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other related discipline is an asset but not a condition of employment
• Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services
o Leadership Capabilities preferred – Portfolio leadership in digital transformation, cloud modernization, data platforms and PMO excellence across heavy industries; Enterprise PMO Transformation; Executive Stakeholder Management; Pre-Sales & Solution Structuring
o Technology and Transformation preferred – AI Adoption and AI led transformation; Cloud platforms (AWS, Axure, GCP), Data Platforms (Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake); DevOps / IaC / Platform Engineering; Application and Infrastructure Modernization
