One (1) Corporate Bar Manager in North York, ON Job

Cafe Landwer is looking for One (1) Corporate Bar Manager to perform the following duties:

• To act as Corporate Bar Manager for the restaurant chain, i.e. all locations
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant chain’s bar
• Determine type of drinks to be offered by the restaurant chain and implement operational procedures
• Oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Enforce provincial legislation and regulations
• May negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• May negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.

Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $37 per hour; 44 hours per week
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: no education required
• Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation/ food service sector
