Officer Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office activities
• Coordinate office activities and ensure proper maintenance of office environment
• Supervise and provide leadership support to administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of service
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, payroll processing, performance reviews and managing employee records
• Analyze, recommend, and implement administrative procedures to enhance productivity and efficient workflow
• Manage, monitor, and report on the office supply inventory, budgets, and expense
• Resolve conflicts and inquiries from internal and external stakeholder
Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience
• Completion of college or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to details and proofreading, time management, and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple projects with tight deadline
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solid computer proficiency in office applications
