Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:
• Purchase general and construction equipment, materials, and hire subcontractors.
• Negotiate with suppliers and ask for quotations and payment.
• Visit the project sites and consult with suppliers to assess the suitability of materials and equipment for specific construction needs.
• Review and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Define and establish clear contract terms and conditions.
• Send finalized contracts of selected suppliers to the directors.
• Establish and manage delivery schedules to align with project timelines and avoid construction delays.
• Monitor the status of deliveries and ensure materials and equipment arrive as scheduled, addressing any delays proactively.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to promptly resolve issues related to supplies, equipment, or service delivery.
