Job Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling office management tasks, coordinating team communication, and maintaining records to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate the flow of information within the team
✔️ Oversee and control daily office operations
✔️ Evaluate and improve administrative procedures
✔️ Plan and organize office activities to enhance efficiency
✔️ Establish and implement workplace policies and procedures
✔️ Train new employees on office operations and protocols
✔️ Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
✔️ Manage employee training and development strategies
✔️ Handle phone calls, emails, and relay messages
✔️ Respond to employee inquiries, questions, and complaints
✔️ Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
✔️ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or service area
✔️ Maintain manual and computerized filing systems for easy access to information
✔️ Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
✔️ Provide outstanding customer service and support

✅ Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
✅ Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in an administrative role
✅ Workplace: On-site only (No remote work available)

Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
