Our artisan tradesmen and stonemasons rely on our back-office staff, we are now looking for a supervisor who can lead and contribute to our growth journey!
Position Available: Office Supervisor
Type of Position: Permanent, Full-time (30 hrs/week), Shifts, Weekends
Salary: $38.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Train and onboard new hired office staff in their duties, responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the assignments/works of the office staff on records, receipts, offers, material invoices and any other data & documentation
• Coordinate activities and establish work schedules of back-office staff aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit routine reports to management on KPI’s, financial reports, ongoing business activities.
• Monitor the inventory of and when required: procure office stationery, machinery and other equipment. Coordinate with field teams on their consumable materials, purchasing requests.
• Be the point of contact for any problem with clients, vendors, banks and other stake holders, resolve any issues with 3rd parties.
Requirements
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificates or diplomas from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• At least several years of experience in a similar setting.
