Location: Coquitlam, BC V3K 2G1
Position: Office Supervisor (NOC 12010)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $34.62 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Employment Type: Full-Time

Glowing Hearts Daycare is a nurturing and dynamic early childhood care provider dedicated to fostering a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team and support the efficient operation of our daycare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks for staff and parents.
• Handle inquiries from parents and provide support related to registration, billing, and policies.
• Maintain records for staff, children, and parents in compliance with daycare policies and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage payroll, HR-related tasks, and employee documentation.
• Ensure that office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
• Provide administrative support to the daycare management team.
• Prepare and process reports as required by daycare management and relevant authorities.
• Support in maintaining compliance with daycare licensing requirements and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration or supervisory role, preferably in a childcare or education setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office-related software.
• Knowledge of daycare or early childhood education regulations is an asset.
