Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-
day operations of the office.
• Manage office staff schedules and
ensure smooth administrative
functions.
• Maintain office supply inventory and
place orders when necessary.
• Assist in preparing reports, handling
customer inquiries, and maintaining
records.
• Ensure the office operates efficiently
by overseeing administrative policies
and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to
ensure seamless communication and
workflow.
• Manage any issues or challenges that
arise within the office, ensuring
timely resolutions.
