Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision: 3-4 people
Tasks
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Manage staff schedule and delegate work to staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Communicate with team to resolve issues related to scheduling, delays, etc.
• Carry out administrative activities
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as office and warehouse supplies
• Assist in the preparation, data entry and reconciliation of inventory counts
• Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
• Review monthly program fees and charges for accuracy; propose solutions to reduce fees and charges and help implement agreed-upon solution
• Train staff and ensure tasks are executed according to company policies
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
