We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Office Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative operations in our office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts, documentation, and other internal office affairs, allowing the technical team to focus on core operational tasks. This role is integral to maintaining the pace and rhythm of our business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Handle office contracts, documentation, and correspondence.
Ensure office procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to technical teams.
Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
Support human resources tasks such as record keeping and onboarding.
Assist in budgeting, bookkeeping, and other accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian administrative regulations.
