N.I. Cameron is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the operations of a fast-paced accounting firm. Background and experience with digital marketing and/or bookkeeping is an asset.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Oversee payroll administration
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place
Recruit staff
Maintain and order supplies
