Job Description:
Accountants-BC Ltd is looking for an office manager to join our team.

Job Duties:
• Implement new administrative procedures,
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures,
• Delegate work to office support staff,
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met,
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services,
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence,
• Perform data entry,
• Train staff, and
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Terms of employment: Permanent position
Salary: $30/hour
Benefits: Dental plan, Disability benefits, Health Care plan
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Location: Unit 503, 1055 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V6H 1E2
