• Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the dental clinic.
• Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and patient service.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Supervise and provide guidance to reception and administrative staff.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor services.
• Process patient billing, insurance claims, and payment records.
• Prepare reports, maintain administrative records, and monitor office expenses.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate office coverage.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, privacy requirements, and health and safety
standards.
