Job Description:
Amex Doors & Moulding Ltd. is seeking for an Office manager for their office located at 105-13112 84 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 1L2. This position is full time/permanent with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As an Office Manager, you will be performing the following duties:

-Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures related to the supply and distribution of interior and exterior -doors, mouldings, and hardware, improving systems for order accuracy and workflow efficiency.
-Set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure timely order processing.
-Coordinate procurement, inventory, and delivery of doors, frames, and mouldings.
-Manage quotations, contracts, and project documentation.
-Assist with budgets and maintain inventory control of materials.
-Prepare invoices, estimates, reports, and product documentation.
-Ensure accurate handling of customer orders and records.
-Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments, confirm product specifications, and maintain quality standards for doors and moulding materials.
-Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with warehouse teams.

Job Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary School is required
-2-3 years of relevant work experience is needed.
-Proficiency in English is required.

What we offer:

-$37.00 per hour
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
-Terms of employment: Full time permanent position
