Job Title: Office Manager
No. of Positions: 1
Job Location: 12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6
Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.
Benefits:
. Extended health benefits after three months of continuous employment
. WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay
Job duties:
. Responsible for maintaining, coordinating and overseeing day to day administrative procedures.
. Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions; and implementing new procedures.
. Supervise and delegate work to office staff, prioritize office tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
. Maintain continuity of administrative operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
. Prepare and provide periodic report for the management.
. Assist in preparing annual estimates of expenditure.
. Order & Maintain office inventories.
Requirements:
. Education Requirement: Completion of College program
. Experience Requirement: Minimum one year of related experience
. Language Requirement: English

. Well-organized, highly motivated and efficient multi-tasker who is effective at managing multiple deadlines
. Ability to pay attention to detail and committed to quality and high accuracy of work
. Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment
