Job Requirements:
Experience required: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education required :Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Job duties -
1-Implement new administrative procedures.
2-Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
3-Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
4-Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking,
5-maintenance and security services.
6-Perform data entry.
7-Train staff.
8-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
9-Oversee payroll administration.
10-Supervise office staff such as dispatchers, clerks, and customer service representatives.
11-Maintain organized filing systems for driver logs, permits, insurance, and compliance documents.
12-Assist dispatchers in scheduling drivers and managing routes efficiently.
