Experience
1-2 years’ experience of working in an office environment is required, preferably with a law group.
Specific Skills
• Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating court dates, and handling client communications
• Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
• Assisting with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and preparing reports
• Supervising administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Organizing meetings, court appearances, and client consultations, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records, including case files, billing records, and office correspondence.
• Ensuring that the office complies with legal regulations and ethical standards, including managing client confidentiality.
• Assisting with client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining client relationships.
• Ensuring the office environment is safe, organized, and well-maintained. This includes managing office supplies and equipment.
• Acting as a liaison between departments and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders
• Developing and enforcing office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Addressing any issues that arise in the office and implementing solutions.
• Overseeing office technology and ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information on printing and signage solutions, quotes, and order statuses.
