Responsibilities
As an Office Manager, your key duties will include:
1. Implementing Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
2. Reviewing and Evaluating Procedures: Monitor and evaluate existing office procedures, ensuring they align with company objectives.
3. Managing Work Priorities: Establish work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed by all staff.
4. Administrative Oversight: Carry out administrative activities, overseeing office operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
5. Planning Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment procurement, supplies, and maintenance.
6. Data Management and Reporting: Assemble data, perform data entry, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
7. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to identify and implement improvements.
8. Supervision of Administrative Tasks: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.

o First Aid Certificate
